Kevin Diaz

Founder

Kevin received his Bachelor’s degree of Science from Florida State University, where he majored in Economics. His career began with the Florida Marlins finance department. During his employment with the Florida Marlins, Kevin accepted a scholarship offer to attend St. Thomas University School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor. During his time at St. Thomas University, he interned for the Community Justice Project providing free legal service to property owners in distress. After becoming an attorney, Kevin focused his legal career on real estate, both in litigation and transactions. Throughout his career he has represented Firstkey Homes, LLC, My Community Homes and the Kislak Organization.

Through his experience with handling real estate issues for national Single Family Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) on day-to-day management, traditional acquisitions, distressed acquisitions, commercial real estate and complex contractual litigation, Kevin has created value for his clients by finding efficient and effective resolutions to their needs.

Christina Diaz, Esq

Attorney

Christina received her Bachelor’s degree of Arts from Florida International University, where she majored in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice, graduating Cum Laude in 2010. Christina then obtained her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad College of Law in 2013. During her time at Nova Southeastern University, she interned as a Certified Legal Intern for Dade Legal Aid providing free legal services to lower income earners for dissolution of marriage, paternity and civil domestic violence. After becoming an attorney, Christina focused her legal career in family law and is a member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar.

Throughout her career she has represented both men and women in dissolution of marriage, paternity, modification, civil domestic violence, administrative child support and appeals actions. Family law actions can be complex and difficult for families to transition through but Christina is committed to working diligently to provide the best service, through honesty and guidance.

Christina is also licensed to practice law in Tennessee and is bilingual, in English and Spanish.
